Jaipur DLC rates increased: Now, buying a house and land in Jaipur has become expensive

The real estate scenario in Pink City is witnessing a major change as the district administration increased Jaipur DLC rates from April 1 today. Now, the dream of owning a house or land in Jaipur will become a little more expensive. LC rates were increased by 10 per cent. Now, more registration and stamp duty will have to be paid, and the assessment of stamp duty and registration fees will be higher.
