Rann Utsav is one of Indiaโs most eagerly awaited tourist events, celebrating the wonders of nature in the white desert and the rich cultural and artistic heritage of Kutch. Rann Utsav was conceived by the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Honโble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
