Rudraprayag accident: Tempo traveller slips and falls into Alaknanda river

Rudraprayag accident: 12-13 people have died in this accident in Rudraprayag, and the rest have been admitted to hospital.

What happened was that a tempo traveller was bringing pilgrims from Delhi to Badrinath. Meanwhile, this traveller slipped and fell into the Alaknanda River, which is 250 meters below, from where it fell. There were 26 people in this tempo traveller, in according to some news reports, it is being told that 12 people have died, and 16 were injured have been taken out in the rescue operation, who have now been admitted to the hospital.

Now the management officer there, Nandan Singh Rajwar ji, also told the media that this traveller was bringing Badrinath pilgrims from Delhi, in which there were 26 people and 16 people have been rescued, whose treatment is going on in the hospital and rescue operation is being carried out. And in this accident, the passengers have suffered a lot of injuries, some have got in the hand and some in the head.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also reached Rishikesh AIIMS, where he met the injured people and discussed providing them with the necessary treatment. He expressed grief over the accident and said that he had directed the officials to ensure that the injured got better treatment.
